User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars I Think This Is Even Better Than the 5 Star Reviews Indicate!
This really was a revelation to me. I'd dabbled in yoga but wanted something more dynamic to satisfy my need to move. This DVD is like the best of both worlds. It has the releasing and relaxing of yoga combined with the strengthening and cardio aspects of exercise. The first set, Rise & Spine, got me totally blissed out and my back felt really warm-up and opened up. The second set the 5 Tibetans is a great whole body workout. If you're like me, someone who likes the idea of yoga, but doesn't want to give up exercise, this is definitely for you.

3 Stars to good to be true
My sixth posting was removed so I am reposting.

In our yoga classes we review techniques on tapes regularly to help us when we are not in class with supervision. We had reviewed this tape the other day and the general concensus was a 3 star rating at best. Some of the movements are a little quick and violent for the back.

Also I have to note that most of the reviewers for this video on Amazon sound like marketing people for this company. There is no way that this video could possibly receive:

274 - 5 stars; 10 - 4 stars; 1 - 2 star rating

What is happening here? There is something very fishy about these postings. No single product at Amazon has such an imbalance!

Also, I can see that there has been a thread started to talk about the missing bad reviews that were deleted. Amazon please investigate what is happening.

5 Stars For Sure, My Favorite Yoga Workout!!!!
This is the best program I've found for complete beginners as well as to transition you to proficient intermediate level. You learn the basics of all yoga (hatha) plus get many more things: energizing, and tension release. I also like how it is broken up into short segments. It also lets you program your workout if you don't have a whole hour. This gets an A for its ability to loosen my tight lower back and hips and leave me stress free. Just talking about it here makes me want to do it again!

5 Stars Made My Day!!!!
I got this one last Tuesday and I've done it every day since. I love how this one gives you a complete workout with no dread factor. All my muscle groups get worked, I get stretching, and new insights. If you want to know what the yoga **buzz** is all about try this one.

5 Stars Yoga for Everyone
I got this amazing tape with their Fat Free Yoga and I love both these DVD's. I already have their Yoga Bliss Hips so I'm an Ana & Ravi fan and I plan to get more of their titles. So be warned, if you get one Ana & Ravi DVD, you'll probably want them all. I've been a Vinyasa/Power Yoga fanatic for a while but I'm now hooked on this interpretation of Kundalini Yoga. As an aside, I've actually got my 80 yr. old grandmother doing the first part of this in her chair. I'm so thrilled that I've found something that she can do. I've also got some of my "special care," students doing it this way as well. This kind of yoga is so user-friendly for everyone.
